The following steps walk you through the ordering process with our factory:
Step 1: Inquiry
Kindly send us your design artwork and order specifications, including size, quantity, craftsmanship requirements and other details. Final artwork is not mandatory; conceptual sketches are acceptable. You may provide your logo and select detailed specifications. If you approve our quotation and wish to proceed with the order, we will create sketches free of charge.
Step 2: Paper Proof Confirmation
Once you accept our quotation, we will produce a paper proof for your confirmation. Please share vector files if available.
Step 3: Payment Terms
New customers are required to complete payment prior to production commencement. We support multiple payment options: Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), cheque, PayPal, Western Union and more. If you only need sample production, only mold fees need to be prepaid. After long-term cooperation is established with repeat orders, monthly payment terms can be offered to reduce your capital cost.
Step 4: Mass Production
Production will start promptly after payment receipt and paper proof approval. For special requests, pre-production samples can be made and sent to you for confirmation before bulk manufacturing. We will keep you updated on production progress throughout the process.
Step 5: Shipment
We deliver goods via international express, sea freight or air freight as per your instructions. After dispatch, we will share tracking numbers, bills of lading and all required documents.
Step 6: Receipt & Collection of Goods
For sea or air shipments, goods can either be delivered to your address by couriers, or collected by yourself from the freight forwarder once cargo arrives at the port.
