Precision Polishing

Accessory Welding

Standard attachments such as clasps and hang tags, or custom special-shaped fittings are welded on.

Electroplating & Coloring

Available plating finishes: gold, silver, nickel, red copper, antique bronze, etc. High-temperature baking locks colors firmly.

Finished Product Packaging

Regular packaging or high-end brocade gift boxes are optional as customized requests.

Copper features soft texture with full, vivid 3D embossing. Matte finish can be applied to concave areas to create sharp, distinct three-dimensional textures.

Baking Paint Process

Bright Vivid Colors・High Cost Performance

It delivers bright, translucent colors with crisp, neat lines and prominent metallic texture. Iron with baking paint works well for bulk orders with limited budgets.

Imitation Enamel Process

High-end Customization・Mild Soft Gloss

Craftsmanship is refined, with smooth, delicate surfaces and gentle luster. The finished products look elegant and luxurious, widely used for high-end medals and commemorative badges.

Etching & Debossing

Copper・Stainless Steel・Aluminum

Hollow-out designs are available. Options include retaining natural bare metal without coloring, or simple baking paint treatment.

Printing & Epoxy Dripping

Screen Printing・Flatbed Printing

The surface is covered with a transparent resin protective layer. Stainless steel and bronze are commonly adopted. Ideal for products with simple patterns and few colors.

Complex 3D Shapes

Three surface finishing options are available: imitation enamel, baking paint and blank colorless finish, enabling intricate three-dimensional shaping.

Filled paint is evenly distributed, full and free of base exposure. No burrs, scratches, air bubbles or pits remain after polishing. The electroplating coating is intact and uniform with consistent luster, without defects including bubbling, cracks, peeling and color deviation.
A full selection of electroplating finishes is available for customization as requested: gold plating, silver plating, chrome plating, red copper, brass, antique bronze, antique nickel, etc.
